Japan's Pokémon Trading Card Game Offers a Sneak Peek at the Upcoming Raging Surf Expansion

The Pokémon Trading Card Game in Japan is all set to unveil the highly anticipated Raging Surf expansion. This new expansion is part of the Scarlet & Violet era and is scheduled for release on September 22. With a total of 62 cards (excluding Secret Rare cards), Raging Surf follows the trend initiated by the previous Japanese set, Ruler of the Black Flame, by introducing Tera Pokémon with a distinctive Tera typing.

One of the notable Tera Pokémon in this expansion is Tera Garchomp ex, aligning with the Water-type theme of the set. It's been officially confirmed that Raging Surf will be a part of the Scarlet & Violet – Paradox Rift expansion, slated for an English-language Pokémon TCG release in August 2023.
